Baekje Shipping's major business is ship's sale and purchase including chartering, arranging ocean towing, supplying marine equipments such as tugs/barges and related business
Terry Eom after graduation from Korea Maritime University in 1992 and prior to establishing this company experienced, served and carried out business as under:-
Experience
March, 1992 - August, 1995: Served with Pan Ocean Shipping Co., Ltd., as a Third
Engineer and Second Engineer on board mainly bulk carriers.
August, 1995 - December, 2001: Served with Hyopsung Surveyors & Adjusters Corporation as a Marine Surveyor carrying out hull/machinery survey, P&l surveys for damage, condition and towage approval survey etc.
- Note: Hyopsung Surveyors & Adjusters Corporation represent as Correspondents for Lloyd's Agents, BMT(ex. London Salvage Association), UK P&I Club, and other many major Europe / Japan / China P&I Club, Hull Underwriters.
December, 2001 - July, 2003: Served with Salvage Company carrying out salvage work of 14 vessels in disasters when/where experienced many kinds of matters/issues,
July, 2003 - March, 2005: Served with local S&P Broker as a Manager engaging in sale &b purchase of scrap vessels and secondhand vessels.
March, 2005 - June, 2008: Served with S&P Broker as a co-representative for more than three(3) years carrying out ships sale & purchase, supplying marine equipments, ocean towing services and its related matters.
